Final notes about making Mango Ice Cream...

This is how your mango ice cream should look like.

A slightly yellowish hue with bits of mango flesh sticking out.

Just remember: The more mango you use, the stronger the flavour gets but the more icy the ice cream would be due to the higher amounts of moisture present.

If flavour is not tangy enough, feel free to add a tablespoon or two more of lemon or lime juice to taste.

  2. Hi enx-dreaz!

Oh a lot of places sell metal scoops:

For the cheaper ones, you can find them at Cold Storage, NTUC or Giant. They are usually dangling around the aisles. The cost is about $7 to $12.

For middle range or better quality types, you can check out the supermarket at Tangs. Be prepared to pay up to $18 for one.

Or if cost is not a factor, check out Pantry Magic at Chip Bee Gardens (opp Holland Village Cold Storage). A metal scoop can cost $20 and up.

    Hope this helps!
