How to make Japnese milk tea ice cream


Here is what you need:
2 egg yolks
5g sugar (or no sugar at all)
100ml milk
75ml cream
2 sachets of Japanese tea

Makes about 160ml of ice cream

In case you're wondering, the Japanese tea came from Daiso, the 2-dollar shop.
